Our reward system recognizes three things: becoming part of the Qdot Living Family, making a larger qualifying purchase, and sharing genuine feedback after a previous purchase.
A qualifying cart of Rs. 100,000 or more unlocks Qdot Living Family membership and the 7% Qdot Living Family Reward on that same qualifying purchase.
Once Qdot Living Family membership is unlocked, the 7% Family Reward can continue to apply to future eligible purchases, subject to the program terms.
When your current qualifying cart reaches Rs. 400,000 or more, you unlock an additional 10% Bundle Reward.
Because a Rs. 400,000 qualifying cart also exceeds the Qdot Living Family threshold, a first-time customer at this level can qualify for:
7% Qdot Living Family Reward + 10% Bundle Reward = 17% combined reward
Returning customers can unlock an additional 1% Product Review Reward for their next eligible purchase by submitting the required genuine review for a previous eligible purchase.
Qdot Living Family membership is not required for the Product Review Reward.
Positive, neutral and negative genuine reviews are treated equally.
Each Qdot Living reward has its own eligibility condition.
When more than one condition is met on the same eligible order, the applicable rewards can combine.
7% Family Reward + 10% Bundle Reward + 1% Product Review Reward = up to 18% combined rewards.
The maximum 18% is therefore not an automatic reward for every customer. It applies only when all three independent eligibility conditions are met.
