What Is Qdot Family?

Qdot Family is Qdot Living's customer relationship and loyalty ecosystem. It is designed to reward customers who continue building their spaces with Qdot Living over time through selected benefits, priority support, exclusive offers, and a stronger service experience.

Membership Eligibility

• Membership may be linked to a qualifying shopping threshold, customer account, order history, promotion, invitation, or another condition announced by Qdot Living.
• The exact membership threshold, benefit level, and eligibility rules will be communicated on the website, customer account, or official Qdot Family page.
• Qdot Living may approve, reject, suspend, or review membership if information is incorrect, misuse is suspected, or eligibility conditions are not met.

Membership Benefits

Qdot Family benefits may include free delivery benefits, priority return support, selected discounts, exclusive offers, early access to collections, special promotions, customer support preference, or other benefits announced by Qdot Living from time to time.

Free Delivery Benefits

Free delivery benefits for Qdot Family members may apply only to eligible orders, covered delivery areas, selected products, minimum order values, standard delivery conditions, or selected promotions. Free delivery may not include special handling, difficult access, out-of-area delivery, urgent delivery, repeated failed delivery, or installation services unless stated.

Priority Return Support

Priority return support means Qdot Family return requests may be handled with faster attention where operationally possible. It does not remove the need to meet return eligibility, product condition requirements, warranty conditions, or applicable policy terms.

Exclusive Discounts and Offers

• Offers may be time-bound, product-specific, area-specific, quantity-limited, or subject to minimum order value.
• Offers may not be combined with other promotions unless clearly stated.
• Discounts and benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Non-Transferability

Program Changes
