15-Day Return Promise

Qdot Living offers a 15-Day Return window for eligible products. The return window starts from the date of delivery. Customers do not need to give a detailed reason to request a return, but the product must meet the return conditions mentioned below.

What 'No Questions Asked' Means

'No Questions Asked' means the customer does not have to justify the return decision. However, Qdot Living may still verify the order, product condition, delivery date, and return eligibility before accepting the return.

Return Conditions

  • The return request must be raised within 15 days from delivery date.
  • The product should be in returnable condition, without misuse, customer-caused damage, water damage, stains, heavy scratches, alteration, or unauthorized repair.
  • The product should include all supplied parts, accessories, hardware, manuals, and invoice or order reference.
  • Original packaging should be retained where reasonably possible, especially for flat-pack or ready-to-assemble items.
  • Qdot Living may inspect the product before approving return pickup, exchange, replacement, or refund.

Items That May Not Be Returnable

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, wrong handling, water exposure, heat exposure, unauthorized shifting, or third-party repair.
  • Products modified, altered, re-polished, drilled, painted, or customized by the customer or any third party.
  • Clearance, final sale, display sale, special-offer, or damaged-box items clearly marked as non-returnable before purchase.
  • Mattresses, pillows, bedding, fabric accessories, or hygiene-sensitive items, if introduced by Qdot Living, unless defective or wrongly supplied.
  • Products that cannot be safely dismantled, collected, or transported due to customer-side conditions beyond Qdot Living control.

Return Process

  1. Contact Qdot Living customer support within 15 days of delivery with order number, customer name, product name, and basic photos or videos if requested.
  2. Qdot Living will review eligibility and may arrange inspection, return pickup, replacement part, exchange, or return approval.
  3. If return pickup is approved, the customer should keep the product ready in a safe and accessible place.
  4. After product inspection, Qdot Living will confirm whether the return is accepted and whether a refund, exchange, replacement, repair, or credit note will apply.

Refund Method and Timeline

Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, Qdot Living will process the refund through the original payment method, bank transfer, wallet, store credit, or another agreed method. Refund timing may depend on bank or payment gateway processing. Unless a different timeline is communicated, Qdot Living will aim to initiate approved refunds within 7 to 14 working days after return approval.

Deductions and Charges

Delivery, installation, pickup, handling, or payment gateway charges may be deducted where allowed and where the return is not due to a Qdot Living error, damaged product, wrong item, or confirmed manufacturing defect. Any applicable deduction should be communicated before the refund is finalized.

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Product

If the product delivered is wrong, damaged on delivery, incomplete, or has a confirmed manufacturing defect, Qdot Living may provide repair, replacement part, product replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the issue. In such cases, Qdot Living will handle the matter through its defect resolution process.
